How 811 Media works.

811 Media is a lead generation agency for colleges, universities and the businesses that sell through a conversation. Tyler Falwell founded it to run paid media the way he'd want it run with his own budget: in writing, measured against what lands in the CRM, with the people you meet on the first call still on the account a year later.

How we got here

Most of our work has been with colleges and universities, where a lead is an inquiry and the real outcome is an enrollment months later. Our founder has run paid media for over two decades. That gap between inquiry and enrollment taught us to stop trusting the ad platform's version of a conversion and to measure in the client's CRM instead.

Along the way we built the tools we needed and couldn't buy: a presentation that follows the presenter on every phone, a board that matches CRM leads to outcomes and tells Google and Meta about them. You can try all of them on the Projects page.
