The audit
Three weeks of looking, and a written list of what to fix first.
We read your ad accounts and your landing pages against the number you're trying to hit, without changing anything, then tell you in writing what we'd fix and in what order.
Three weeks
Week one is access and conversations with your team. Week two is testing. Week three you get the write-up and a call to go through it.
Scope
Ads
How the account is set up and what the platform is actually optimizing toward.
Tracking
Whether a real lead can be traced from the click to the CRM record, and whether the platform ever hears about it.
Landing pages
How fast they load on a phone and what actually reaches your CRM.
What you get
- A written list of the gaps in the order we'd fix them, with the reason for each.
- A definition of a qualified lead that your team helped write.
- A measurement plan that says what gets tracked and what goes back to the platforms.
- A thirty-day list of work orders you can hand to us or to anyone else.
What we won't do
During the audit we won't touch anything in your accounts, and we won't ask for student records or anyone's personal information. We're also not going to promise a number before we've seen the data. Anyone who does is guessing.
Request the audit outline.
Tell us what you're trying to hit. If the audit isn't the right first step, we'll say so and suggest something smaller.
The audit is a fixed fee, quoted after a 30-minute call.
What we need from you: read-only access to the ad accounts, a stage-by-stage export from your CRM, and one 30-minute call.
