AI · How an engagement works

Assessment first, then a pilot, then rollout if it earns it.

You decide at the end of each stage whether to keep going. We scope the assessment in writing before anything starts, as a fixed fee quoted after a 30-minute call.

The three stages

What happens in each one.

1

Assessment

Two or three weeks of interviews and looking at how work gets done today. You get a ranked list of three to five workflows worth building, each with its risk, how sensitive the data is, and the effort involved.

You decide whether to go on
2

Pilot

One workflow, a few weeks. We agree in writing on what success looks like before we start, and that's what we judge it against.

You decide whether to roll it out
3

Rollout

We harden it, add monitoring, train your team and write it up, then hand it over or keep running it for you. There's an off switch and a way back before it goes live.

Client results stay with the client unless they sign off on sharing them.

Start with an assessment.

It takes two or three weeks and changes nothing in your systems. At the end you have a ranked list and a decision to make.
