What we collect, where it goes, and how long we keep it.

The contact form
When you send the form we get your name, work email, company, what you need, and your message, plus three details the form adds: the page you sent it from, whether it came from the contact form or the Funnel Check, and the utm_source tag if the link you followed had one. We don't ask for a phone number. Please keep anything sensitive out of the message box.
Where it's stored
Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you're not a bot (it sets no advertising cookies). Your message is stored in a Cloudflare database and forwarded to our inbox. If the forward hiccups, we retry from the stored copy.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for 24 months and then delete them. Our own test submissions go after a week.
Asking for deletion
Email hello@811.media from the address you used and we'll delete the record and confirm it in writing.
Analytics
On 811.media we use Google Analytics 4 to see how the site gets used. It loads after the page does, with Google signals and ad personalization turned off, and it sets first-party cookies (_ga) that last up to two years. When a form goes through, it records that one was sent, never what's in it. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, Google Analytics doesn't load at all. There are no ad pixels on this site.
The Funnel Check
Your answers stay in your browser unless you choose to send them with an audit request, and even then they're just the options you picked. If we later use an AI model to write the readout, it'll run on our own hardware and the page will say so.
What we never do
- Sell or share your details.
- Ask for records about your students or customers.
- Put you on a mailing list because you filled out a form.
