Interactive · Conversion board

The board that tells Google and Meta which leads turned into something.

The problem

Google and Meta report clicks and "conversions" they define themselves. Your CRM knows which inquiries became applications, but the two never talk, so the platform optimizes toward the wrong thing and nobody can see what a real enrollment costs.

What we built

The tool we use to close that loop. It reads the CRM's daily lead file, matches each person, and sends every real step (lead, application, enrollment) back to Meta and Google as a conversion. The board shows the funnel from spend to outcome, what each step costs, the leads it couldn't match, and any CRM stage nobody has assigned a value to yet.

Leads. A lead counts when it's in the CRM with a real email or phone number, which isn't the same as the platform seeing a form view.
